Money Back Guarantee Policy for Edvanz Program

1. Eligibility Based on Performance in Daily Practice Problems (DPPs)

1.1 Standard DPPs: Candidates must attempt at least 90% of the Standard DPPs, containing CBSE level questions, to be eligible for the money back guarantee policy.

1.2 Advanced DPPs: While Advanced DPPs performance (advanced level questions) will also be considered for the internal assessment, it will not affect the candidate’s eligibility for the money back guarantee policy.

2. Eligibility Based on Test Performance

2.1 Test Participation: Participation in all scheduled tests is mandatory. Failing to appear in more than one test during the first three months shall disqualify the candidate from the money back guarantee policy.

2.2 Test Scores: Candidates must score above 75% in all tests. Scoring below this threshold will automatically disqualify the candidate from the money back guarantee policy.

3. Eligibility Based on Soft Skills

3.1 Demo Lecture Submissions: As part of the Edvanz program, candidates are mandatorily required to submit demo lecture videos at designated intervals. These submissions are crucial for assessing teaching aptitude, content delivery, and subject knowledge.

3.2 Live Interaction Assessment: Candidates will undergo live interaction sessions as part of the Edvanz program. These sessions are designed to evaluate a candidate’s communication skills, confidence, presentation skills, and overall ability to engage and instruct effectively.

3.3 Assessment Criteria: The assessment will focus on, but is not limited to:

● Communication Skills: Clarity of speech, language (English and Hindi) proficiency, and ability to convey concepts with clarity.
● Presentation Skills: Use of teaching aids, engagement strategies, and overall presentation quality.
● Confidence: Poise and self-assurance in delivering content and handling queries.
● Subject Knowledge: Depth and accuracy of subject-matter understanding.

3.4 Minimum Standards: To remain eligible for the money back guarantee policy, candidates must meet or exceed the minimum standards in these soft skill areas, as determined by the assessment team at M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

3.5 Feedback and Improvement: Candidates will receive feedback on their performance in these areas. Continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback are expected for eligibility under the money back guarantee policy.

3.6 Final Evaluation: The cumulative performance in all these soft skill assessments, along with other eligibility criteria mentioned in previous sections, will determine a candidate’s qualification for the money back guarantee policy.

4. Claiming the Money Back Guarantee

4.1 Offer of Position: Eligible candidates can claim a 100% refund of fees if M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. fails to offer a teaching position within 6 months of the completion of the Edvanz program. The candidate must write an email to info@edvanz.com to raise a formal claim.

4.2 Refund Process: The refund shall be processed to the candidate’s account within one month of raising the claim in writing to the concerned official of M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

5. Conditions Related to Job Offers

5.1 Job Location: M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will endeavour to provide a job in the preferred locations of the candidates, but this cannot be guaranteed. Lack of opportunities in preferred locations of the candidate will not qualify for a claim of refund.

5.2 Response to Offer: Candidates shall accept any teaching position offered to them within three days of receiving the written offer via email. Failure to do so in the stipulated time will result in loss of refund eligibility under the money back guarantee policy.

5.3 Reporting to Position: Candidates must report to the assigned School/Educational Institution within the stipulated time period. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund eligibility under the money back guarantee policy.

6. Additional Eligibility Criteria

6.1 Educational Qualifications: Candidates must produce all original educational qualification certificates when reporting for the job. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund eligibility.

6.2 Criminal History: Candidates with a criminal history or involvement in fraudulent activities will be automatically disqualified from the money back guarantee policy.

6.3 Specific Document Requirements by Schools: If a candidate fails to produce any specific document or certification that a particular school or educational organisation may require, M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same. Inability to provide such additional documentation as required by individual schools or organisations will not qualify for a claim of refund under the money back guarantee policy.

7. General Terms

7.1 Conduct: Strict adherence to the code of conduct and ethical guidelines of M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is mandatory throughout the Edvanz program.

7.2 Communication: All communications regarding the money back guarantee policy must be in writing and under the signatures of the candidate.

7.3 Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, the decision taken by the concerned officials of M/s Innovartan Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding on the candidates, subject to applicable laws. In the event of any disputes arising under this policy, the matter shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of New Delhi, India alone. The language for all proceedings will be English.

7.4 Program Commitment: Continuous and active participation in the Edvanz program is mandatory. Extended absences or failure to engage in program activities may result in ineligibility for the money back guarantee policy.
